UG offers a service in Project Management (PM) where UG becomes your (Owner’s) direct representative for the projects. UG will be working closely with you from the early stage of the project until the project is done and running.

PM services given by UG are based on PEMCC System (Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closure). This service includes, but not limited to, land selection, conceptual design, tender process (selecting contractor and consultant), quantity surveyor, negotiations, specifications, and dispute management.

This PM service can also be combined with UG’s Construction Management service.
